IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE: We are here to help

We want to take this opportunity to reassure our clients that we are still open and here for you.

We are working hard to stay on top of the latest legal developments so that we are in the best position to help our clients navigate the business and legal implications of the Coronavirus.

We are also taking on the Government’s social distancing recommendations strictly to ensure the health and welfare of our staff and our community.

Our business will operate as usual, but this means that all client interaction and appointments will take place remotely over the phone, or via email. We will not be conducting any visits to client’s premises and any onsite visits will need to meet strict criteria as per below.

Rest assured that we had already invested time and money into making sure we were at the forefront of technology to enable all our staff to work effectively and securely remotely.
At this time, if a visit to our office is required, it will only be performed if ALL the following STRICT circumstances are met:

• The required legal work is deemed by our principal as an in-office appointment necessary.
• The client HAS NOT been classed positive for COVOID-19, or in social isolation due to exposure to someone who HAS tested positive.
• The client is NOT in a high-risk group.
• We can be confident that we can perform the required duties quickly and also adhere to the strictest social distancing and recommended hygiene practices.
• The client stays behind our blue markers and completely away from the rooms and spaces in which we work for the duration of their visit.
• We can fully sanitise the surfaces and equipment we have worked with prior to our client leaving the site. This will include client credit card and any id documents.

If any one of these criteria cannot be met for any reason, the proposed onsite visit will not proceed.
