I initially had a good dealing with my 1st phone call and was told due to the nature of the enquiry that it be best to leave an online request for a call back and that somebody would be in contact with me. I totally understand that people are busy and systems fail. I have given it more than 1 week but yet to hear from anybody. Disappointing as I was wanting to deal (where possible) with a local business.
